CELPIP coaching, portal and policies
Are RSE Academy classes online?
Yes. All CELPIP classes are conducted live online, so learners can join from anywhere.
Which CELPIP modules are covered?
Coaching covers all four modules: Listening, Reading, Writing and Speaking.
What class formats are available?
You can choose private one-to-one coaching or a focused small group of 2–3 students. Compare both options on the CELPIP Classes page.
How long is the course?
The current CELPIP coaching plan runs for four weeks.
What are the course fees?
Private coaching is CA$300 for four weeks. Small-group coaching is CA$220 per student for four weeks.
Is study material included?
Yes. Structured study and practice material for CELPIP preparation is included.
Can I form my own small group?
Yes. You can form your own group with at least two students, or ask about available group options.
What happens in the free demo?
The demo helps us understand your goal, explain the teaching approach and discuss whether private or small-group coaching suits you best.
How can I book a free demo?
Use the online demo form, message RSE Academy on WhatsApp, or email info@rseacademy.ca.
How are class times and session details decided?
Current schedules are availability-based. During your free demo, RSE Academy confirms the class frequency, session length, start date and time zone for your chosen format before you enrol.
Is the student practice portal included?
Yes. Enrolled students receive personal portal access with 16 original RSE Academy mock tests, module-only practice, repeat attempts and Listening/Reading answer review.
How does Writing and Speaking feedback work?
Writing and Speaking practice receives instructor review. The expected feedback cycle for your class plan is confirmed before enrolment.
What happens if I miss a class?
Rescheduling and missed-class arrangements depend on the confirmed class plan and availability. These terms are shared in writing before payment.
Can I try a free diagnostic before booking?
Yes. Choose the 25–30 minute Listening and Reading check or the extended four-skill diagnostic. It is original RSE Academy practice, not an official CELPIP score.
Are classes recorded and what is the refund policy?
Recording availability, cancellation and refund terms are confirmed in writing before enrolment. Please review the Terms & Conditions and your written class plan before paying.
